Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine each client's unique mental health needs. Develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to address specific mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrative care and a holistic approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent, and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
