Work Environment\n

This position is a remote role, utilizing telehealth technology to reach patients across different settings. While the standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be required based on patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological status and establish suitable treatment protocols.

• Formulate, execute, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each patient.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, incorporating modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that address emotional concerns, foster personal growth, and build effective coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment strategy for each patient.

• Assist in crisis intervention, providing timely support during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
