Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Life Edge, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that promote personal growth and overall well-being.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.

• Set therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress to adapt treatment plans effectively.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation as per ethical and legal standards to support clinical outcomes.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

To ensure success in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and valid state license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
