Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with patients from the comfort of their own homes. Our therapists work during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to facilitate client growth and development.

• Manage crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring a responsive and empathetic approach.

• Conduct psychoeducational groups and support sessions to foster community and address shared mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create integrated care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation practices in compliance with local regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional education to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to document patient interactions accurately.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
