Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address diverse mental health challenges.

• Maintain and ensure compliance in the documentation of accurate and confidential clinical records in line with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team in case consultations, ongoing training and peer review sessions, enhancing the overall quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
