Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering individual well-being.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, employing diverse modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Engage in regular collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care and ensure a comprehensive support system for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, applying your clinical skills and compassion to stabilize and support during emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs designed to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
