Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based tools to identify clients' mental health needs accurately and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to address individual client challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring all patient records are current and accessible when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population representing various backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active license in Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
