Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and assessments from your location while connecting with patients via telehealth technology. Our work environment is designed to promote flexibility and independence, enabling you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal needs. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient appointments effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that respect and incorporate each patient's cultural background, leading to tailored treatment plans that effectively address their unique challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other modalities suited for diverse populations.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on a range of mental health concerns, providing support that promotes resilience and coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, demonstrating strong de-escalation skills during high-pressure situations.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and local resources, empowering them to take active roles in their mental wellness journey.

• Maintain up-to-date and precise electronic health records, adhering to all legal and ethical documentation standards.

• Participate actively in regular team meetings, case consultations, and cultural competency training to enhance team dynamics and service quality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, alongside a profound commitment to cultural competency in therapy.

• Proven experience delivering effective individual and group therapy that applies culturally inclusive methods.

• Robust crisis intervention skills and a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building rapport with individuals from various backgrounds.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and essential computer applications.

• Strong adherence to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
