Pay Scale: $112,000.00 to $120,000.00+ Base Salary with total earning potential exceeding $120,000.00+

Incentives: $15,000.00 to $20,000.00 Performance Bonuses based on project milestones + Full Per Diem for travel assignments

Mandatory Credentials: Valid Driver License and Active OSHA 10 Certification

The Opportunity

S.R. Construction Services LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Car Wash Construction Superintendent to command ground up, high complexity commercial facility builds across Broward County, FL, and regional project sites.

In this senior field role, you will hold complete operational authority over multi million dollar jobsites from land clearing, deep civil utility installation, and heavy structural concrete through complex MEP integration, automated car wash system commissioning, and final municipal turnover. This position is built for an elite field leader capable of commanding large scale subcontractor teams, directing engineering logistics, and maintaining rigid quality standards without micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Tier 1 Field Command: Direct all daily jobsite operations, prime subcontractors, engineering teams, and specialized equipment vendors across complex commercial car wash builds.
• Specialized Mechanical and Utility Oversight: Mastermind complex utility infrastructure execution including deep underground piping, high capacity oil water separators, commercial water reclamation systems, vacuum distribution arches, and high voltage electrical sub panels.
• Quality and Engineering Compliance: Enforce absolute compliance with architectural blueprints, structural engineering specifications, civil plans, and specialized equipment manufacturer standards.
• Master Scheduling and Sequencing: Author and drive master project schedules, 3 week look ahead workflows, and critical path milestones to guarantee flawless handoffs between civil, structural, MEP, and technology installation teams.
• Municipal and Inspection Leadership: Serve as the primary field liaison to municipal building officials, civil engineers, utility authorities, and client leadership to secure smooth approvals and certificates of occupancy.
• Enterprise Field Administration: Manage complete digital site administration utilizing Procore software, including daily job logs, material tracking, change order verification, submittals, and site progress documentation.
• Site Safety Leadership: Enforce strict corporate OSHA protocols, trenching and excavation safety standards, and lead site safety audits to maintain an uncompromised work environment.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Required
• Senior Leadership Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership as a Commercial Construction Superintendent directing complex ground up builds.
• Specialized Car Wash Expertise: Demonstrated track record successfully delivering ground up commercial builds, with specific hands on experience leading express car wash facilities, high volume automated wash tunnels, or heavy mechanical commercial builds.
• Advanced Technical Systems Knowledge: Comprehensive mastery of commercial plumbing, high pressure water distribution, commercial electrical drops, underground drainage, and complex automated equipment integration.
• Construction Software Literacy: Advanced technical proficiency utilizing Procore software for full enterprise field administration and project tracking.
• Safety Credentialing: Current verifiable OSHA 10 Certification.
• Mobility Infrastructure: Valid state driver license and absolute willingness to travel for regional project deployments.
• Preferred
• Advanced Safety Training: Active OSHA 30 Certification or advanced trenching, excavation, and confined space safety credentials.
• Software Competency: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
