Desktop Support Technician (120)

As a Field Support Analyst, you will provide technical support and solutions to internal users as part of the Digital & Technology (D&T) Support function. This role is highly visible and requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to support executive-level stakeholders. What You’ll Do: Provide general desktop and end‑user support for hardware and software issues. Respond to and resolve incident and service requests through ticketing systems. Support MS Office Suite and backend Office environments. Manage and troubleshoot MS Intune and Active Directory. Maintain office technology and remote management tools. Provide Level 1 & Level 2 enterprise support. Edit and maintain documentation related to applications and hardware environments. Support standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines. Additional Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of enterprise desktop support experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred; without a degree, 5 additional years of experience required. Experience supporting executive‑level stakeholders preferred. Strong understanding of standardized IT support procedures. Excellent communication and professionalism in fast‑paced environments. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tickets. Job Type & Location: Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 – $34.00 per hour. Medical, dental & vision coverage.
