Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for couples and families, identifying needs and setting therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for family members, focusing on various issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions designed to resolve conflicts, foster healthier interactions, and improve overall family dynamics.

• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies and frameworks tailored to the needs of patients while documenting progress and outcomes rigorously.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will engage with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a myriad of challenges, such as blended family dynamics, separation and divorce adjustment, and conflicts within families. Our goal is to provide empathetic and effective therapy that acknowledges each client’s unique circumstances, contributing to better individual and family outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
