THE JOB

Position: Program Aide / Athletics Coordinator Department: Auxiliary Programs Reports to: Director of auxiliary Programs & Summer Camp Job Classification: Full time, 12-month non-exempt Details Posted: 20-Jul-26 Location: Seattle, Washington Type: Full Time Salary: $25-29/Hr Categories Athletics/PE Auxiliary Programs Early Childhood Responsibilities And Expectations Oversee students during all outdoor time: morning drop-off, all recesses, afternoon Extended Day and various Athletics programs Manage HRS Athletics Coach / Asst. Coach roster Coordinate the acquisition and distribution of all HRS Athletics uniforms and seasonal supplies Coordinate HRS involvement and membership in alternative (non-CYO) leagues Supervise the sign-out and release of students to parents/caregivers during Extended Day, while fostering an engaged and enthusiastic rapport with families. Interact with general public in a positive and warm manner when answering phone calls and stepping in to cover and manage the Front Desk. Supervise and direct students during lunch periods, assemblies, and bus loading as needed. Assist with clerical/administrative tasks as needed, like lamination. Attend and participate in school events. Prepare rooms/assembly areas for special projects, activities, and events as needed. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $25 - $29 per hour Position Classification: Non-Exempt 93% employee covered Medical, Dental and Vision. 403(b) (up to 7% employer match) Life Insurance Pet Insurance Long-Term Disability. About Hamlin Robinson School Founded in 1983, Hamlin Robinson School is an independent, non-profit school offering a comprehensive educational program to serve students in grades 1-8 with dyslexia and other language related difficulties. The school is embarking on an ambitious strategic plan that includes moving to a new location in central Seattle, increasing enrollment, and expanding the academic program.
