Crew Administration Manager

Crew Administration ManagerReporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the key responsibility of this position is to oversee all non-financial aspects of the crew office. Primarily responsible for Sign On and Sign Off process, as well as managing the Berthing plan, supports HR Specialist on Crew Activities/events that foster improving Crew morale. Ensures the delivery of exemplary service and dedicated support to our Island employeesLanguage required: English.Royal Caribbean Group (NYSE: RCL) is a cruise vacation company comprised of three award-winning global brands: Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea Cruises. Royal Caribbean Group is also a 50% owner of a joint venture that includes TUI Cruises and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises.
