Corporate Benefits Specialist

Position: Corporate Benefits Specialist
Location: St. Petersburg, FL / Rochester, NY
Key Responsibilities:
-
Administer medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other employee benefits.
-
Support annual open enrollment and benefits-related projects.
-
Manage vendor relationships and resolve employee inquiries.
-
Handle benefits reporting, audits, invoices, and compliance.
-
Reconcile discrepancies between Oracle and vendor systems.
-
Use advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas) for data analysis.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree required.
-
5+ years of HR experience, specifically in benefits administration.
-
Strong knowledge of 401(k) and financial well-being benefits.
-
Experience with HRIS, Oracle, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel.
-
Knowledge of benefits compliance and regulations.
-
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
