Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients to devise personalized therapy plans tailored to individual needs and goals.
• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify continuous clinical improvement opportunities that enhance service delivery.
• Utilize clinical systems effectively for documentation, ensuring accurate coding levels, timely charge capture, and follow-through on all patient care orders.
• Maintain compliance with the Florida State Practice Act, regulations, and workers' compensation guidelines, ensuring safe and ethical practice.
• Enhance the patient experience by actively engaging with clients and addressing their concerns to drive satisfaction metrics.
• Adhere to the principles outlined in the Physical Therapy Guidebook and execute the Perfect PT visit methodology to deliver outstanding care.
• Manage clinical outcomes proactively and collaborate with fellow therapists regarding outlier cases to ensure all patients receive optimal treatment.
• Implement efficient workflows to optimize patient capture, referrals, and scheduling processes, promoting streamlined operations.
• Deliver therapy sessions that emphasize early intervention, same-day evaluations, and the development of effective home exercise programs.
• Foster a professional, collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork, quality care, and patient safety across all levels of staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Revive Active Action Therapy, we serve a diverse population, including patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Our approach focuses on individualized care plans that address specific physical impairments and functional goals, allowing patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation journey. Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to interact with patients, families, and colleagues with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues, explore solutions, and make informed decisions related to patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient therapy setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation systems is advantageous.
• Experience in developing treatment plans that incorporate a variety of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.

• Competitive salary between USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
