Psychiatric RN

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse specialized in psychiatric care to provide skilled nursing, case management, and support to adult psychiatric patients. The RN will perform patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required. Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor mental health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide case management and support for patients' psychiatric needs.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.
• Respond to psychiatric emergencies and crises as needed.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and mental health management.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric or mental health settings.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in adult psychiatric nursing.
• Training or certification in psychiatric nursing or mental health.
• Previous experience in inpatient psychiatric units or similar settings.

• Day shift position in an adult psychiatric unit.
• Work environment involves care of patients with psychiatric conditions requiring specialized nursing skills.

• Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Shift assignments based on facility scheduling policies.
