Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a specialized home infusion pharmacy as a PRN Staff Pharmacist, providing critical support for patients with acute and chronic medical needs. This role involves working onsite caring for patients through accurate medication management and sterile compounding. Training will be provided to help you integrate smoothly into the pharmacy’s systems and workflows.

Location: Orland Park, IL
Schedule:

• November 13–30, 2026
• Monday–Friday, no weekends
• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process physician orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform sterile compounding and support cleanroom operations in compliance with USP standards
• Ensure the safe dispensing of medications and infusion supplies
• Maintain detailed and compliant patient and pharmacy records per federal and state regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff as needed
• Manage assigned patient caseloads and provide reliable pharmacist coverage

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Illinois Pharmacist License in good standing
• Minimum of 1+ year pharmacy experience; 2+ years clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience in infusion therapy and sterile compounding preferred
• Solid knowledge of USP sterile compounding standards
• Strong communication, multitasking, time-management, and critical-thinking abilities
