Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations, including biopsychosocial assessments and medical necessity determinations, before developing personalized treatment plans for clients.

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation that includes clinical assessments, treatment progress notes, and updates to treatment plans in accordance with our clinic's policies and state regulations.

  • Utilize innovative therapeutic methods and creative interventions to facilitate healing and growth among clients, thereby enabling them to achieve their therapeutic goals.

  • Ensure that all client records are kept confidential and meet HIPAA standards, maintaining the highest level of ethical and professional conduct.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and refer clients to outside resources or specialists when necessary.

  • Actively participate in clinical meetings, staff training, and supervision sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to team objectives.

  • Maintain regular communication with the Clinic Director regarding client caseload management and ongoing professional development.

The clients you will serve include a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families seeking mental health support for various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your approach should encompass cultural sensitivity and inclusivity, reflecting a commitment to understanding the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in behavioral health science from an accredited institution is mandatory for this role.

  • The candidate must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Oregon.
  • \n
  • Experience in conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting clinical progress is essential.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients and team members.

  • The ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while engaging with clients is fundamental to this role.

  • Strong organizational skills are needed to complete documentation in a timely manner and manage a diverse client caseload.

  • Experience working within outpatient clinical settings, especially with diverse and underserved populations, is desirable.
