Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing tools, ensuring a high standard of ethical and compassionate care.

• Assess the mental and behavioral health needs of clients, developing personalized therapy objectives and treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to support clients in achieving their therapeutic objectives.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting strategies and interventions as necessary.

• Empower clients to gain insights into their feelings, experiences, and relationships, helping them to cultivate healthy coping skills.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in psychotherapy practices to ensure best practices in treatments and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a range of mental health concerns. Many of our clients may be facing challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, or life transitions. As a therapist, your role will involve fostering a supportive and understanding environment that encourages healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensing in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain ethical standards in all client interactions.
\n
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathetic demeanor necessary for effective client engagement.

• Proficient in utilizing technology for remote counseling and familiar with electronic health records systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous teletherapy experience is preferred but not required.

• Demonstrated ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with solution-focused and other evidence-based treatment modalities is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
