Human Resources Coordinator
As our Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the employee experience from recruitment through onboarding. If you're organized, people-focused, and passionate about helping teams thrive, we'd love to meet you.
Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by managing recruitment activities, employee onboarding and offboarding, and employee records management.
Essential Duties:
- Manage the full-cycle process for all non-exempt positions, sourcing candidates, and attending career fairs.
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, background checks, and new hire documentation.
- Manage employee separation processes.
- Maintain compliance with all onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Assist employees with benefits by answering questions.
- Maintain benefits-related records and documentation.
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Education / Experience:
- High School diploma
- Experience recruiting non-exempt positions preferred.
- Experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.
- Paylocity experience is a plus.
