Human Resources Coordinator / Recruiter

Compensation and Benefits Salary up to $60,000 Company subsidized health and life insurance Employee paid dental and vision insurance 401(K) with 100% match up to 4% PTO up to 3 weeks to start 7 paid holidays Schedule: In‑office daily Responsibilities Support the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication (75% of the work). Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, and system setup. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in HR databases and personnel files. Prepare weekly payroll for review by HR Manager. Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies. Help plan and execute HR initiatives such as training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement events. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by keeping documentation and procedures current. Coordinate off‑boarding procedures, including exit interviews and final paperwork. Provide general administrative support to the HR department and assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or social sciences. 1‑2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role with strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Experience recruiting hourly employees in a high‑turnover environment, preferably in a warehouse setting. Payroll preparation experience. Solid skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now a plus).
