Senior Customer Success Manager - Cloud SaaS & Growth

Refinitiv

Refinitiv is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer engagement and retention strategies across Concierge and Advisory customer segments. You will partner with customers to define success, track their progress, and leverage technology tools like Salesforce to enhance customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of professional experience, a strong understanding of SaaS solutions, and excellent communication skills.
