As a licensed mental health counselor at Momenta, you will work from the comfort of your home in a fully remote setting. Our supportive team structure allows you to collaborate with other mental health professionals, share insights, and continuously improve your practice. With a regular workweek from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while dedicating your expertise to those who need it the most.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying their specific emotional and psychological care needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, helping clients navigate challenges such as grief, loss, depression, anxiety, and the adjustments that come with aging.

• Provide guidance to families and staff about effective strategies to enhance the emotional well-being and quality of life of elderly individuals.

• Lead grief and loss counseling for residents and their families, assisting them in coping with end-of-life issues and transitions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and frameworks tailored for the elderly, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, to ensure the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, complemented by performance-based monthly productivity bonuses. Additionally, successful candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes:
