Project Scheduler

Overview DPR is currently looking for a Project Scheduler who can make an impact on our Planning Scheduling & Production Planning (PSPP) Team in the San Francisco Bay Area. Planning & Scheduling will be commercial projects within our core markets: Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education and Corporate Office. Responsibilities Creating new schedules Updating schedules Troubleshooting Resource loading and/or crew logic, cost loading, variance reports, etc Expert in CPM scheduling theory, level of detail, and execution Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with DPR project team, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders to gather input for sequencing and durations related to project milestones Develop contract (baseline) schedule and maintain monthly contract schedule updates in close coordination with superintendents and project team Lead planning and scheduling efforts Collaborate with the project team to produce accurate schedule updates Coordinate with and include subcontractor schedules Create variance reports, graphics, and narratives to address potential issues or conflicts Analyze acceleration options (multiple shifts, Weekday OT, Weekend OT) to recommend cost-effective options and assess risks Train other team members in planning & scheduling best practices Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Scheduler, preferably within DPR’s Core Market projects Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent field experience A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude Effective problem-solving skills A flexible, detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple tasks, work with diverse personalities & work styles, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines Software skills necessary include Acumen Fuse and ACC Build Compensation Anticipated Starting Pay Range: $126,000.00 - $160,000.00 Nothing is more important than your health and wellness.
