Key Product Owner Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Act as the voice of business stakeholders and end users.
- Prioritize features based on business value and ROI.
- Partner with architects, developers, QA, and business teams.
- Drive Agile delivery and release planning.
- Ensure adoption of standard Salesforce capabilities before custom development.
- Measure product outcomes and continuously improve user experience.
- Drive innovation leveraging Salesforce, AI, automation, and analytics.
