Cash Management Specialist

Job Description Job Description Bishop & Company is seeking a Cash Management Specialist for an association management company in Honolulu. Key Responsibilities: Administer client cash and investment accounts in alignment with established objectives and guidelines. Process daily investment transactions based on client instructions, maturities, current interest rates, liquidity needs, and statutory limitations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all transactions. Monitor and maintain the liquidity and security of client funds while maximizing earnings. Provide excellent customer service in handling inquiries and requests related to cash management and investments. Qualifications & Requirements: College degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; equivalent experience will be considered. Previous banking or cash management experience preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills. Familiarity with bank wires and electronic fund transfers required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
