Step into a dynamic educational setting as a full-time paraprofessional for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. In this contract role, you’ll play an integral part in supporting students and faculty, working closely with the special education director and contributing to daily operations within the school environment.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar aide in a school setting
- Familiarity working with students in special education preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to collaborate with staff and adapt to changing priorities
- Administrative assistant experience is a valuable asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the special education director with daily tasks and activities
- Support students in classroom and small group settings
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and documentation
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Encourage positive behavior and model effective communication
- Serve as a resource for both students and staff as needed
