Intake Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury law, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of client interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients with empathy and professionalism. Screen and evaluate incoming calls/emails to determine potential claims. Conduct intake interviews and gather detailed client information. Accurately enter data into our case management system. Collect required documents, police reports, and paperwork for new clients. Maintain organized client files (digital and physical). Transcribe, proofread, and prepare documents.Follow up with prospective clients and handle high call volumes. Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth client onboarding. Open claims with insurance companies\Send Letters\ Get TCRs Qualifications Minimum 1 years of experience in personal injury intake. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong computer and data entry skills. Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
