Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet individual client needs, including pre-crisis planning and crisis intervention strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, adhering to all regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to enhance client care outcomes.

• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and delivery of high-quality services.

• Serve as a communication bridge between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partnerships.

• Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our services and identify new funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and task forces related to mental health practices.

• Embody and advocate for our agency's mission, values, and principles in all interactions and endeavors.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of our clients and organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with our organization, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing emotional health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and individuals recovering from brain injuries. You'll focus on individualized programming that respects each client's unique journey toward healing and independence, emphasizing person-driven approaches that engage clients fully in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license, as recognized by the state board.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records accurately and prepare necessary reports.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to function effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective expression of ideas and counseling strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
