We provide customers with products and value-added solutions within Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, General Industrial Components, and Industrial Repair.Essential FunctionsEnter invoices into customer payment portals on a daily basis.Send rejections to the proper analyst or customer service repFollow up on rejections to be sure the invoice is enteredHandle the invoicing mailbox from emailed invoice kick backsDistribute to the correct analyst to handleRun all credit card paymentsAny other duties assignedKey Competencies and SkillsAttention to detailProblem solving/analytical thinkingCommunicationPlanning/organization and follow upInitiativeEnergy/drive for resultsRequired Education and ExperienceHigh school/ GED diplomaComputer skills (excel, outlook, Microsoft office)Previous experience with credit / billing and/or portal billing entry is preferredWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D.
