Northwest Swim Club in Columbus, Ohio is hiring seasonal positions in 2026, including Lifeguards and Swim Lesson Instructors. Lifeguards must have Red Cross certification and will ensure pool safety. Swim Instructors should be at least 16 years old and willing to obtain WSI certification, with pay starting at $20 per hour. All positions require working evenings and weekends. Candidates will help operate the concession stand, preparing and selling items to guests at the pool.
