Process Technician - 3rd Shift
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in injection molding, is seeking a Process Technician - 3rd Shift to join their dedicated team. As a Process Technician, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring efficient operation and quality standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Edinburgh, IN
Pay Range: $54k - $62k
Shift: 3rd Shift
What's the Job?
- Perform mold changes on injection molding machines ranging from 770 3500 tons.
- Start up injection molding machines with existing processes and make necessary parameter adjustments to ensure quality and cycle time standards.
- Set up auxiliary equipment including robots, hot stamping machines, label applicators, and in-mold label equipment.
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues, making quick and effective adjustments to maintain production flow.
- Conduct startup quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
What's Needed?
- Experience working in injection molding as a process technician.
- Familiarity with linear robots and their operation.
- Strong English communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine parameters efficiently.
- Preferred: RJG or similar injection molding training.
