Jr HR Business Partner

Responsibilities Serves as primary point of contact for support, coordination and administration of faculty action tracking via Monday.com, ensuring onboarding providers move through each stage appropriately and statuses are updated in real time. Works with colleagues to ensure faculty checklists are completed and finalized before archiving. Receives and responds to external inquiries for faculty employment verifications. Manages document imaging into the university’s online record storage and retrieval software. Works with other office personnel on data cleanup within internal office files and within Oracle. Supports faculty recruitment and personnel action processing for all centralized Health offices. Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher‑level staff. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s degree – or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of one (1) year of related HR experience – or HR internship experience. Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree. Senate Bill 1310 – requires meeting all employment eligibility requirements in the U.S. Substitution of Work Experience for Postsecondary Education Requirements. A public employer may include a postsecondary degree as a baseline requirement only as an alternative to the number of years of direct experience required, not to exceed: Two years of direct experience for an associate degree; Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree; Six years of direct experience for a master’s degree; Seven years of direct experience for a professional degree; or Nine years of direct experience for a doctoral degree. Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure, certification, or registration required for the position of employment.
