About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at our Neckartenzlingen location on a fixed‑term basis for 12 months. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our human resources strategies and ensuring the effective management of our talent. You will support a defined group of employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle, provide expert advice to managers and staff on all HR‑related matters, and implement both individual and collective labour‑law measures. Your expertise will be essential in driving recruitment efforts, developing HR standards and processes, and fostering a collaborative work environment. In addition, you will collaborate with external payroll providers and work closely with the works council, contributing to various HR projects, including international initiatives, to support our growth and operational excellence. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a university degree (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or an equivalent qualification. You should have several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Specialist within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of individual and collective employment law, including works council regulations, is essential. Familiarity with the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, as well as experience with HR information systems (preferably eGecko), is required. Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills, is necessary to succeed in this role. You should demonstrate a proactive, meticulous, and independent working style, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively within a team. Responsibilities Manage and support a designated group of employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive employee experience. Provide comprehensive advice to managers and employees on all HR‑related topics, including employment law, labour relations, and organisational development. Implement individual and collective labour‑law measures, including negotiations and agreements with works councils. Lead recruitment efforts for assigned departments, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top talent. Prepare decision templates, reports, and data analyses for senior management and HR leadership to facilitate strategic decision‑making. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR standards, policies, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Coordinate with external payroll service providers to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation. Work closely with the works council to address employee concerns and ensure adherence to legal and contractual obligations. Participate in and lead HR projects, including international initiatives, to support organisational growth and development.
