Our organization is in search of an Academic Urologist to become a part of the expanding Division of Urology within the Department of Surgery. This role provides an excellent opportunity to establish a diverse clinical practice while engaging in education, mentorship, research, and program development at one of Texas' leading academic health institutions. Faculty positions are available at various ranks based on experience and academic achievements.

We are actively enhancing our Urology Service Line and are looking for physicians with interests in areas such as General Urology, Endourology, Men's Health and Fertility, Urologic Oncology, and minimally invasive or robotic surgery. The department offers considerable flexibility in practice development, academic participation, and leadership roles.

• Become part of a rapidly expanding division, growing from five to nine faculty members.
• Customize your practice to focus on your interests in General Urology, Endourology, Men's Health and Fertility, Urologic Oncology, or other subspecialties.
• Engage in the education of residents and medical students within a collaborative academic setting.
• Develop and enhance specialty programs while contributing to departmental growth initiatives.
• Participate in innovative projects involving simulation, robotics, artificial intelligence, and surgical education.
• Enjoy robust institutional support and continuous investment in clinical space, infrastructure, and program development.

Faculty members deliver comprehensive urologic care, which includes outpatient consultations, surgical interventions, inpatient management, and consultative services. The practice covers a wide array of common urology issues, including benign and oncologic conditions, stone disease, men's health, voiding dysfunction, and minimally invasive techniques.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to teach residents and medical students while engaging in scholarly activities that align with both their professional interests and departmental goals.
