Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and operations staff
• Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documents both digitally and physically
• Assist with coordinating meetings or appointments
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
• Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork and employee record maintenance
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents for leadership

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, team-oriented environment
• Dependable, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
