Construction Accountant

A top client near Exton, PA is seeking an experienced Construction Accountant to join their team. Responsibilities include: Prepare and process AIA construction billing Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting duties Assist with monthly close and financial reporting Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records Track job costs and project-related expenses Work closely with project managers and operations Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business 3+ years of overall accounting experience Construction industry accounting experience required Strong AIA billing experience required Knowledge of job costing and construction accounting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)
