Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Two positions are available, each offering the chance to teach and collaborate in a nurturing, well-resourced environment designed to empower children in small, self-contained classroom groups.

This role involves leading groups of 6-8 students with the support of two dedicated paraeducators. Full-time and part-time/flexible options provide an ideal fit for your schedule. Monday is reserved for paperwork, meetings, or providing substitute coverage when needed within the ECSE program, ensuring you have time to plan and collaborate with colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Department of Education Early Childhood Special Education teaching license required
• Experience working with early childhood and students with special needs preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adaptability and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction to students ages 3-5 in a self-contained classroom
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with paraeducators and related service providers to support student growth
• Maintain accurate records; complete paperwork and participate in meetings on Mondays
• Foster a positive, structured, and engaging classroom culture
