Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, inclusive of psychosocial assessments, diagnostic discussions, and risk evaluations, to gather a holistic view of patient needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, taking into account their individual goals, cultural backgrounds, and specific challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Treatment (SFBT), to effectively support individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Provide timely crisis intervention to patients experiencing acute distress and ensure coordinated care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers.

• Document clinical progress through accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health topics, equipping them with practical tools and strategies to manage disorders and improve their well-being.

• Periodically review treatment effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary to enhance therapy outcomes.
