Work Environment

You will be working in a dynamic rehabilitation center, where we prioritize a therapeutic and healing atmosphere. The center is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technology designed to enhance patient care and recovery. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for work-life balance while providing pivotal support to your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to identify functional limitations and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, utilizing your clinical expertise to facilitate patients' recovery and mobility improvement.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to discuss treatment interventions and document patients' progress in medically appropriate formats.

• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient's evolving needs and clinical status.

• Lead discharge planning, providing patients with resources and follow-up care that ensures continuity of rehabilitation outside the clinical setting.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, evaluations, and treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Participate in ongoing educational and training opportunities to remain current with industry standards and innovations in physical therapy.

• Contribute to improving clinic operations by identifying potential barriers to patient access and engaging in initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our rehabilitation center serves a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping these individuals regain independence and enhance their functional capabilities. Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in patient assessment and rehabilitation.

• Current CPR certification and first aid training.

• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively communicate and connect with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in using digital health solutions or applications to enhance patient outcomes is highly desirable.

• Background in personal training or sports rehabilitation can be a significant asset.

Compensation and Benefits
