Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized and ethical counseling sessions with clients via video chat, ensuring comfort and privacy.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic approaches to engage clients and support their mental health journeys.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that meet clients' specific needs, setting achievable goals for their mental health improvement.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships, promoting self-awareness.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. By helping clients develop essential coping strategies and life skills, you will contribute directly to their personal growth and quality of life enhancement.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• A current and valid license to practice independently in your state, such as:
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their record.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
• Good computer literacy skills to navigate therapy platforms and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Experience in working with diverse client populations, particularly in outpatient settings, is favorable. Familiarity with telehealth practices and various therapeutic modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
