Accounts Payable Associate

A leading investment management firm is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join its growing finance team. Schedule: Hybrid – 2 days per week in office Qualifications 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience Financial services, investment management, or alternative investment industry experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and best practices Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Key Responsibilities Review and process vendor invoices while ensuring accuracy, approvals, and policy compliance Prepare and execute ACH, wire, and check payments Manage AP aging reports and monitor payment deadlines Process employee expense reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies Maintain vendor records, onboarding documentation, and tax information Assist with month-end close activities, accruals, and reconciliations Support 1099 reporting, tax compliance, and external audit requests Partner with internal departments and offshore teams to ensure timely and accurate AP operations Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
