Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical assessments and therapy services for clients facing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, adapting approaches that best suit individual client needs.

• Collaborate with team members on case management strategies to establish and achieve common goals in patient care.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts by evaluating situations promptly and developing suitable response strategies.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and develop integrated care plans ensuring comprehensive care pathways are established.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ethical guidelines, professional standards, and compliance requirements while ensuring quality service delivery.

• Manage an active caseload, providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, all while focusing on client empowerment and informed choices.

• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery.

• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of treatment documentation and reporting, adhering to deadlines for data submission.

• Provide on-call coverage as required to support clients in urgent situations during and after program hours.

• Observe and report any unsafe conditions, employing appropriate measures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work with a diverse population of clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. The majority of our patients are from underserved communities, presenting with challenges such as trauma, addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health conditions. Our focus is not only on treating symptoms but on empowering clients to navigate their challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia is mandatory.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
