Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for clients to discuss their thoughts and feelings.

• Facilitate open discussions to encourage clients to explore their emotional experiences and assist them in articulating their challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals tailored to their unique situations and aspirations, and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Identify behaviors that may hinder recovery, providing preventative strategies to help clients navigate these challenges.

• Advise clients on effective coping mechanisms and lifestyle strategies that foster resilience and promote mental well-being.

• Maintain accurate records and document treatment plans in compliance with telehealth regulations and organizational policies, while concentrating on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adult clients experiencing low to moderate severity mental health conditions. All clients are screened prior to accessing our services, ensuring that your time is spent with individuals who are ready and willing to engage in their therapeutic journey. By focusing on mood disorders and related issues, your work will significantly impact clients' quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience focused on treating mood disorders.
