Accounts Receivable Clerk's Needed

Job Overview Growing and dynamic Entertainment Studio Equipment Rental Company is looking to hire multiple Accounts Receivable Clerks. Applicants from a company that offers physical goods distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, equipment rentals, equipment leasing, construction, etc. are a plus. Job Responsibilities Work with vendors to ensure they are up to date on payments, maintain accounts and provide invoices, follow up on late payments, and process refunds. Ensure invoices are flowing and processed promptly to be sent to vendors to be paid within terms. Work with managers to get invoices approved for processing when needed. Follow up with customers on past‑due invoices. Process payments via check and credit card. Monitor accounts and keep all notes updated. Investigate historical data to see customer payment trends. Prepare, submit, and post all refund COD payments. Process and post monthly lease credit card payments. Create volume discount. Create monthly Accounts Receivable aging for management. Tag payments to accounts. Work with legal counsel on severely past‑due customers. Scan and organize Sales Tax Certificates. Monitor merchant and wire G/L accounts to ensure that we are matching bank statements to our records of cash flow via spreadsheets. Purchase office supplies and monitor corporate credit card. Distribute company mail. Bill for work done outside of the company. Run postage for payroll checks and mail them out. Bill RAN credits and update the spreadsheet to reflect and match our G/L analysis. Create and send Excel invoices to customers at the end of the month. Upload customer invoices to portals. Bill UK at the beginning of every month. Check positive pay. Skills & Education Familiar with lockbox deposits, credit card payments, and COD. High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus. Excellent attention to detail. Strong problem‑solving skills. Effective communication skills. Customer service approach.
