- Lead employee engagement and training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS systems; ADP preferred.
