Customer Success Operations Manager

Owning and scaling the systems and data infrastructure for the Customer Success team, the full-time remote Customer Success Operations Manager will manage the CS tech stack, drive analytics infrastructure, and support renewal program operations to enhance retention and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Administer the CS tech stack, including Salesforce CRM, by building automations and maintaining data integrity Write SQL queries to build and maintain the reporting layer for CS leadership, ensuring accurate metrics for decision-making Design and execute systems for the renewal motion, translating business requirements into scalable automations and workflows Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or a technical role with significant Salesforce and SQL exposure in a SaaS environment Hands-on experience building automations and flows in Salesforce, beyond basic configuration or reporting Proven ability to write and manipulate SQL queries independently from a GTM stack Technical familiarity with SaaS GTM tools alongside Salesforce, such as Chili Piper and Intercom Experience navigating cross-functional teams effectively without relying on authority
