Orthodontic Office Manager

About the Job Dental Office Manager Family Orthodontics of Naples | Naples, FL Are you an experienced Dental Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? Family Orthodontics of Naples is seeking a proven leader to oversee the daily operations of our busy pediatric and orthodontic practice . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager who is passionate about exceptional customer service, building strong teams, and helping a growing practice succeed. If you have experience managing a pediatric, orthodontic, or combination dental office and enjoy leading by example, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy pediatric and orthodontic practice.
- Deliver an outstanding patient and parent experience while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable office culture.
- Monitor office performance, scheduling, production, and financial goals.
- Drive patient satisfaction, case acceptance, and practice growth.
- Partner with providers and support departments to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations.
- Ensure team certifications, licenses, and required training remain current.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
- Minimum 5 years of dental office management experience required.
- Experience managing a pediatric dental, orthodontic, or combination pediatric/orthodontic practice is required.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing office performance, production, and financial goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred (or equivalent management experience).
