Director, Global Deal Desk

For our client, we are seeking a Director Global Deal Desk to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross‑functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology‑driven environment. Location: Sunnyvale, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $240,000 – $275,000 annually. Responsibilities Scale a global Deal Desk team by mentoring regional leaders and promoting technical excellence Implement intelligent automation to streamline the Quote-to-Cash process and enhance deal velocity Revise pricing frameworks and discounting guardrails for increased profitability while preserving margins Manage cross‑functional changes across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product for policy adoption Oversee complex contracts and ensure compliance with financial standards Enhance operational throughput using AI‑driven CPQ tools to shorten deal cycles for top Fortune 100 clients Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations, or Legal in enterprise SaaS Proven ability to lead and scale global teams in a fast‑paced public company Expertise in enterprise SaaS sales cycles, contract negotiation, and ASC 606 revenue recognition Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CPQ and knowledge of subscription billing/ERP systems Experience using AI and machine learning for operational efficiency Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Master's preferred Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement benefits with company contributions Access to wellness programs and resources Hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 days remote Equity package with restricted stock units (RSUs) and eligibility for Employee Stock Purchase Plan Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
