Corporate Accounting Manager

We’re looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead key corporate and intercompany accounting activities while partnering with Finance and global stakeholders to strengthen close, controls, and operational efficiency.
Why This Role?
- Lead and develop a talented Corporate & Intercompany Accounting team
- Own critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Provide accounting leadership across complex corporate accruals, reconciliations, and GL processes
- Drive improvements in processes, controls, documentation, and close discipline
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, regional teams, and shared services
- Help advance accounting through automation, AI, data analytics, and technology
- Support audits, system implementations, and broader accounting transformation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Active CPA required
- 5–7 years of accounting experience , including 2–4 years of people leadership
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GL accounting, reconciliations, accruals, close processes, internal controls, and audit
- Experience with global or multi-entity intercompany accounting preferred
- Strong Excel and ERP experience;
Oracle Fusion preferred - Experience with FCCS, ARCS, Smart View, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, automation, or AI tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
